Our services at Community of Life Adult Family Home

Community of Life Adult Family Home provides for each individual to develop daily living skills, employment in the community, to encourage them to live sufficient and contributing lives. For each individual to develop more advanced level of social interaction, develop sense of accomplishment in their home environment. Develop physical, mental, and emotional coping skills. Develop daily participation within home setting, cultivate medication management. For individual to set goals that they would like to accomplish. For the staff to encourage the individual to accomplish them.

To provide outstanding quality care, while keeping all residents safe and comfortable It is important that our potential clients have a clean and sanitize home. It is important for our home to maintain the highest quality care at all times.

The home will admit ambulatory residents at this time. Our home will provide excellent quality care for 1-2 residents in a home at a time and that are classified by the State of Wisconsin with one or more of the followings:

• Developmentally Disabled (DD)
• Advanced Aged (AA)
