Community of Life Adult Family Home is efficient and effective outstanding quality care in a loving, caring, safe, family environment.

Community of Life Adult Family Home is near a major highway located at 7645 128th Ave. Bristol, Wi. 53104. Our home is in a private quite family friendly small neighborhood sitting on 1 acre of land. The home is also 2 minutes away from theme parks, hair salons, a host of restaurants and 5 minutes away from 2 major hospitals.

Community of Life home is a ranch style home with a front door which includes nice back patio attached to the home. The AFH has 3 bedrooms which one bedroom will be used for the owner of the group home and the other two private rooms for two potential residents. The two private rooms includes: a dresser, a bed, TV, nightstand. The AFH has a nice size living room with an activity corner and next to a big open floor family style eat-in kitchen.

The home will admit ambulatory residents at this time. Our home will provide excellent quality care for residents in a home at a time and that are classified by the State of Wisconsin.
